Shipping Policy


Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped by standard UPS service.


Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to Pet Lover for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot accepted for return.


Out of Stock Items
Pet Lover does its best to keep track of inventory. However, from time to time certain items may become out of stock. In the event of this occurring the customer will have the choice of a refund or waiting until the item becomes available.


Food Products
Opened or partially used food products are not returnable unless a problem exists with the quality of the product. Since we do not specifically formulate for taste, smell, consistency, color or other factors unrelated to healthful nutrition, these factors would not be considered just cause for return of opened or partially used products.


Risks
The buyer assumes all risks associated with the use of these goods, whether used alone or in combination with other products. It is expressly understood that we are not responsible and will not be held liable for damages and/or injury caused by the use of any of these products, and that our liability ceases with prudent manufacture and delivery of these products.


Changes
Because of our continuing product improvement program, we reserve the right to change, at any time without notice, the specifications, design and prices, and also discontinue products without incurring obligations.


Damages
Our responsibility for damage ceases upon acceptance by the transport company. Purchasers are counseled against acknowledging the receipt of goods before careful inspections have been made. We will assist in handling claims against shipper.


Delays
Every effort is made to ship promptly. We make every effort to ensure that items in stock are shipped within TWO BUSINESS DAYS; Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days. You will be notified if there will be a significant delay.


Returns
Credit is not allowed on returns after 30 days. Discontinued, used (if no longer in clean, resalable condition), or special order items are not returnable. Returns will not be accepted without authorization, and a copy of this authorization must accompany all returns. If shipment is refused by customer, any shipping charges and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items returned are charged a 15% restocking fee

Pet Lover reserves the right to refuse to ship any order for any reason they deem necessary. In the case of such action all legal transaction amounts will be refunded.
